1. About us

This website (crabandgrab.store) is operated by Crab Venture Restaurant L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No. 1620466).

2. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" refers to Crab Venture Restaurant L.L.C trading as Crab&Grab
  • "You", "your" refers to the customer placing an order
  • "Products" refers to all food items, seafood, and artisan ingredients sold on our website
  • "Website" refers to crabandgrab.store and all associated subdomains

3. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UAE law
  • Agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
  • Have read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy

4. Products and pricing

  • All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED)
  • All listed prices are the final prices charged at checkout
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, weights, and origins are accurate. Minor natural variations in seafood and perishable products (size, colour, weight) do not constitute a defect
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay

5. Orders

  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your reference number. This confirms we have received your order
  • In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable replacement
  • Orders are subject to availability

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Online payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — please have the exact amount ready. Our driver accepts cash and card on delivery

All online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay may result in the order being returned and future COD privileges being revoked.

7. Delivery

  • We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates
  • Delivery is available via next-day delivery or in-store pickup at Social Distrikt, Dubai Mall
  • Free delivery is available on orders over AED 500. A delivery fee of AED 29.99 applies to orders below this threshold
  • Delivery windows are selected at checkout. We make every effort to deliver within the chosen window but cannot guarantee exact timing due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
  • You must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to your absence, redelivery fees may apply
  • Risk of the products passes to you upon delivery

8. In-store pickup

  • Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 24 hours of the confirmed pickup time
  • A valid order reference number is required for collection
  • Uncollected orders will be forfeited due to the perishable nature of our products, and no refund will be issued

9. Discount codes

  • Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise
  • Limited to one code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or revoke codes that are used fraudulently or in violation of the promotion terms

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, product photography, text, design, and branding — is the property of Crab Venture Restaurant L.L.C and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Crab&Grab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law

12. Food safety disclaimer

  • Our products may contain allergens including but not limited to: shellfish, fish, molluscs, and crustaceans. If you have food allergies, please contact us before ordering
  • Storage and handling instructions are provided with each delivery. We are not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Consume perishable items by the recommended date

13. Account security

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
